GM Certified Repair Process

Every repair follows a GM-approved process designed to ensure safety, precision, and quality:

  1. Detailed Damage Assessment
A comprehensive inspection is performed using GM repair procedures and diagnostic scanning to identify visible and hidden damage.

  2. Disassembly & Repair Planning
The vehicle is carefully disassembled to confirm all affected components and ensure accurate repair planning.

  3. Genuine GM Parts Selection
Only Genuine GM or GM-approved parts are used to maintain original fit, function, and structural integrity.
Note – if Insurance is involved, most Insurance Companies will not use OEM parts rather the more cost-effective Aftermarket parts option.

  4. Structural & Body Repairs
Repairs are completed using GM-approved equipment and methods, including aluminum and mixed-material repair techniques.

  5. Advanced System Calibration
Safety and driver-assistance systems are recalibrated to GM specifications after repairs are completed.

  6. Refinishing & Paint Matching
Factory-approved paint systems are used to restore the vehicle’s original appearance and finish.

  7. Quality Control Inspection
A final inspection ensures all repairs meet GM’s certification and safety standards.

  8. Vehicle Delivery
Your vehicle is returned clean, fully repaired, and ready to drive with confidence.
